We’re changing it up for 2025!

We’ll still have all the fun of the celebration: the hike, the float, the meals, the camping, the kilt race, the bonfire, the comradery.  We’re keeping the FUN in FUNdraising!

This year, we’re lowering our fundraising target to only $800 per participant!  And we’re limiting our participation to the first 20 fundraisers that commit to meeting or (preferably) exceeding their target.  So, ACT FAST before all the participant slots are filled!

Take the Challenge!

The $800 challenge is within the reach of everyone:  just get 10 people to each donate at least $80 to support you while you support your passion for the Ozark Trail.

Ask your friends, your family, your friends’ families and your family’s friends to support  you and the OT.

Be sure to ask businesses you patronize to show some love back by donating to your campaign.  They’ll receive pre-event and event recognition as a supporter of the OTA.

All the money raised goes to the general operating fund of the Ozark Trail Association (OTA), a 501c(3) organization whose mission is to maintain and develop the Ozark Trail.   The funds will help cover critical expenses of the OTA, such as gasoline for our trucks and chainsaws, meals for our volunteers, replacement trail-building tools, insurance….the list goes on and on.

What you need to know:

The event will be May 16-18, 2025, based out of Round Spring Campground near Eminence, MO.

We’ll provide the tent camping space, meals Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, and your choice of canoe or float-on-top kayak.  You’ll bring your camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, etc.), hiking and floating clothes, and your enthusiasm for having fun with like-minded OT supporters!

Because we’re limiting participation to 20 hikers/floaters, you’ll want to act fast and register at https://charity.pledgeit.org/2025OTHikeAndFloat
