Oct 2-3, 2025 ( Thurs-Fri) — Devil’s Toll Gate Event Prep
We’ll Meet up at the Johson Shutins visitor center on Hwy N parking lot at 8:30 am.
We’ll bring the tools .. you bring a lunch, at least 2 liters of water, sturdy hiking shoes/boots, log pants, weather appropriate shirt.
Treat your clothes for bugs – they are still out there and thick.
We’ll split the group up to cover as much trail as possible to get it hiker ready for Saturday’s event
I can be there Friday morning and can help day of the event, if you think you will need it. Just can’t make it on Thursday. Let me know if this fits the need.
I have a transportation trouble…engine is kaput! I am sorry to have to renege on my commitment to help prep for the race
