NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant with Article IV, Section E, of the Bylaws of the Ozark Trail Association, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the offices of the US Forest Service located at 10019 W State Highway 8, Potosi, MO 63664, commencing at 10:00 A.M

The purpose of the meeting will be to inform the Directors of the progress of the Corporation and transacting such business as may come before the meeting.
