The Annual meeting of the Ozark Trail Association Board of Directors will take place via Zoom conferencing on Saturday, January 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

The basic agenda for this meeting will include.

• The election of Board members
• The election of Officers
• A review of the year’s business activities, and a discussion on corporate operations for the upcoming year
• The transaction of any other business that may be appropriately addressed.
