Feb 26-3/1, 2026 – OTA Volunteers at Current River State Park
We’ve been away too long .. we’ll be working on the Ozark Trail on trails on the Upper Current River,
Round Springs, Echo Bluff and CRSP.
You can arrive any time Friday. Our Saturday workday will start at 8:30 am. Sat for travel to the work site access points.
We’ll be staying at the Current River State Park housing facility. This is an iconic location which we haven’t been able to utilize for some time. There are several beds, full kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of space outside for several tents and a small-medium size camper.
The OTA will supply a dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
If you have special dietary needs please let us know so we can accommodate you.
Bring lunch fixins for Saturday and at least 2 liters of water.
Please bring clothing for changeable weather, layers, sturdy hiking shoes / boots.
The OTA supplies all tools and safety gear ( gloves, helmets and safety glasses.)
